How much does it cost to reserve the space?

Nothing. The space is free to use — there is no rental fee and no setup charge. Just submit a request with your date and the store team will confirm availability.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least two weeks ahead. Popular dates (weekends and evenings) fill fast, so earlier is better. Same-week requests are considered based on availability.

What is included with the space?

A 100" TV that connects to any device, tables and chairs, seating for 25, and free on-site parking. We do not have a projector, PA system, or microphones — if your event needs sound or a mic, plan to bring your own.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. Light catering and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Alcohol requires prior approval and a licensed vendor. Please note any catering needs in your request.

Is the space accessible?

Fully. The room is on the ground floor with step-free entry, an accessible restroom, and reserved accessible parking directly outside.

How do I confirm my reservation?
